Icebreaker Boxers Reviews

General comments: In a word, FANTASTIC! For extended trips this underwear really is the Mutts Nuts! Please excuse the expression, but I have a sweaty crotch and standard pants just don't cut it, by day 2, they're not just humming, they know all the words! These on the other hand didn't even start a whispered singalong by day 5. In my day to day life, I'm a Calvin Klein boxers kind of guy, I just like the cut and the moderate support they give. I found these to be an equally comfortable fit.
They rinse through and dry very quickly and despite the price tag represented good value for money IMHO, particularly for an extended trip where space and weight are at premium, one pair on and one pair off, job done!
The elastic is even strong enough that you can use them as swim shorts!
Pros: Not smelly, lightweight, warm enough for winter, yet curiosly cool, supportive cut, simple design, quickdrying.
Cons: Maybe it's my chunky thighs, but I managed to wear out the ineer thigh/crotch in about 9 months of fairly inetnsive wear.

General comments: got a pair of these at the begining of this winter as my ordinary boxers were just getting wet and cold after a long day in the hills. Have been impressed with these-keep my backside drier than of old and alot warmer with the added benefit of not smelling to high heaven. this is very useful when going away for a few days out and having to live with other people.
Pros: Warm, dry and pleasantly smell free
Cons: none as of yet-these are far better than ordinary boxers.

General comments: These are great boxers for day to day use and up in the hills. The fit is comfortable without being too snug and there is no chafing. They are a lot of money for a pair of undies, but then again they aren't much more than 'designer' pants and there is no comparison performance-wise.
Pros: Fit, comfort, warmth
Cons: None.

General comments: I have used these for years. I have them with and without fly. They are brilliant. they keep you warm but dont cause any rashes. For longer trips they keep the smell down. I've used them in Nepal, South America, Alps, UK and have never been disappointed with them.
Pros: Fit, comfort, warmth, resistance to smell
Cons: expensive but worth it
