General comments: If you are expanding your rack and are looking for extenders, then look no further! In my opinion, these are the business. They probably fit a large hand better than a small, but I've met no-one who has a problem with them. Wire gate is obviously the way to go, and these are beautifully finished. They have a smooth action, a huge gate opening with the wires slighly bent to help lead the rope in and, having low gate mass, are more likely to actually be shut if (when!) loaded! I don't know if this is intentional, but if you are clipping a lot of bolts and you keep a set of karabiners aside for this (and their resultant burrs from the bolt hangers) this set has an aide memoire - red for rope, grey for gear.
Pros: Very economical. Lovely ergonomic shape that always seems to be in your hand the right way round. Smooth easy-opening gate. The advantages of a wire gate - doesn't bounce open when shock loaded. Lighter than many competitors. Easy to change the length of the extender. (Colour coded!)
Cons: Nothing at all.
