General comments: This jacket has excelled in any conditions the UK can provide. The jacket has been tough and durable while climbing munros in winter and can provided a condensation free shelter during a brief summer downpour.
During rainfall the jacket has left me both warm and bone dry which is the purpose of a waterproof jacket. The zips prevent any seepage with there being a handy chest pocket for quick storage of any items. The jacket is also relatively lightweight compared other less durable jackets I have owned. The cuffs can be tightened using Velcro with ease, which prevents any water getting in
The hood is detachable which can be viewed as a positive or negative feature. The zip on my hood tends to slide a few inches every so often which is a minor niggle. There is a hood pocket on the inside of the jacket. The wire on the peak is a nice touch, which helps visibility. The hood also can fit as loose or as tight as required, as there are 3 drawcords.
All in all I feel this jacket has stood up to the worst weather the UK can provide
Pros: Very durable, very waterproof with little condensation
Cons: The hood zip is a little loose on mine but by no means does it greatly affect performance
