General comments: very comfortable on long treks, good venting on the back section so you sweat less. I don't know how much difference the thermal moulding of the waist strap makes, but it is certainly comfortable.
It's a great bag and comes in various heights for different lengths of backs which helps getting a really good fit.
Pros: comfortable, good spread of pockets
Cons: none, maybe the mesh back pocket will not wear as robustly as the rest of the bag
