General comments: Have had these trousers for a few years now. They were the most affordable breathables around when I was looking for them. While cycling (which they are not made for, admittedly!) they leak on the outside of the knees.
Haven't used them very intensively for hiking, but they very quickly started to degrade where the knees could rub together - now they leak through there too. Before that they kept me perfectly dry on hikes in the rain.
Pros: relatively cheap
Cons: don't last long
