General comments: Great jacket, well made, well designed, feels great
Pros: Warmth, attention to detail, fit and feel
Cons: The new ones are all missing velcro on the outside that takes the pull out set of pockets from the left chest pockets, making them redudent.
They've also decided to use a cheaper/thiner zip, which is no good when you've got gloves on.
They've also taken out the fleece cuffs which were great.
You can't buy replacement fur trim...

General comments: This is a serious coat. Fantastic in very cold weather - it might be too warm in mild winters. Not to be worn if you want to look slim, thecoat can look a little bulky. If you like pockets this is the coat for you - there appears to be a pocket for every need. you can feel a bit isolated when wearing the hood - it cuts you off from anyone to your side.
Pros: Keeps you really warm
Cons: Hood could possibly be improved

General comments: This is an awesome jacket for the cold weather, i bought my jacket in a end of line sale and got it discounted with no hood.
When i have been out with friends with my mcmurdo jacket on, i havent felt any cold whatsoever, and they have been freezing, i used to say to them that i feel like im still wrapped up in my duvet in bed. most of the time i have only had a t-shirt on underneath and still felt no cold, even without a hood on.
Most of my friends had two layers of coats on and still felt the cold, my jacket just kept the cold at bay, i just kept thinking "do they make trousers of the same material" because my legs are cold.
Pros: Keeps all cold at bay
Plenty pocket storage.
Can hold a six pack of beer in the pockets.
Cons: heavy jacket when hung up on a coat hanger, or friends move it., but thats not really bad...
