General comments: I spend the majority of the summer wearing shorts and have not found anything better that these for value for money.
They are a generous fit and well made standing up to most anything that can be thrown at them. The material is heavier than the likes of Montane's Terra short, which I feel is slightly flimsy when worn.
The belt which is supplied with them adds to the secure feel of the shorts.
The only issue I would have with them is the lack of pockets, I would like to have a cargo pocket as on the Kiwi trousers.
All in all a good value for money pair of shorts which if you shop around can pick up for six or seven pounds in limited sizes in well known discount shops.
Pros: Price, fit, belt included, strength of material.
Cons: lack of cargo pocket.
