The Voyage 8010 Compass has a multi-zone balanced needle which points north wherever you are - even in the southern hemisphere. It is a traditional base plate style compass with a luminous plate and built-in magnifier for detailed map reading. The bearing scale is marked in two degree intervals and there are five map measuring scales: 1:250,000, 1:25,000, 1:24000, 1:50,000 and 1:63,360. The Silva Voyage 8010 uses both millimetres and inches.
