The Black Diamond Mercury women's mitts are perfect for when the temperature drops. Ideal for really cold days on the mountain, they've been designed to enhance packability and dexterity. The nylon shell has 4-way stretch, and there's leather on the palm with Kevlar stitching for grip and strength. The removable Primaloft insulating microfibre liner means you can dry the mitts out easily, while an inner trigger finger adds dexterity. Kevlar: A para-aramid synthetic fibre developed by DuPont in 1965. It has a high strength-to-weight ratio, 5 times stronger than steel on an equal weight basis, and as a result offers exceptional protection.
