General comments: I took this product on my Duke of Edinburgh expeditions, and found that although the size and weight were minimal, it still wasnt really worth carrying. What i have found to be the most efficient pillow is my waterproofs (providing they're dry!) inside a clean pillowcase. The Thermarest pillow was so thin i needed to combine it with clothing anyway.
Pros: It was nice to have something clean to sleep on rather than sweaty walking gear.
Cons: The pillow wasn't thick enough for it to be of any real use.
